[New Menu] Supervised by Chef Haruyuki Yamashita, enjoy seafood "sake nabe" served with a sho of Awaji Island sake (dinner and breakfast included)

Starting in October 2023! This is a course for the new menu [Seafood "Sake Nabe" made with 1 sho of Awaji Island's local sake]. We use a generous 1 sho bottle of Awaji Island's local sake "Sennenichi" from Sennenichi Sake Brewery, and you can enjoy it after the alcohol has evaporated. This is a great dish even for those who don't like alcohol. For the final course, we will serve rice porridge with soup stock full of umami. It can be enjoyed refreshingly with Awaji Island's seaweed salt and ponzu sauce. About Sennenichi Sake Brewery: A historic sake brewery founded in 1875 that produces sake that is particular about the "taste of Awaji Island" using rice and water grown in the soil and water of Awaji Island. ■ Accommodation Benefits ■ 1. This is a course that allows you to fully enjoy fresh local seafood and vegetables. <Breakfast> The highlight of the accommodation meal, "Breakfast", begins with Grand Chariot's "Morning Lunch Box", followed by grilled Setouchi fish and the specialty "Awaji Dashimaki Tamago" with freshly cooked Awaji Island rice. ■Bath■ All rooms are equipped with cypress baths, allowing you to relax with the refreshing scent of cypress. ■Notes■ - If you have allergies, please let us know at least three days in advance. - If you would like to change to a child's meal, please let us know at least three days in advance. - If you are coming by car, please park in the F parking lot at Hyogo Prefectural Awajishima Park Nijigen no Mori. - Up to two children aged 0-3 years old can sleep in the same bed as their child per room.
