Awaji Island, known as "Miketsukuni," has a history as a treasure trove of food, presenting numerous ingredients to the Imperial Court. In spring, Awaji Island becomes awash with color, and the season for the spring-colored seafood "Sakuradai," with its subtle cherry blossom hue. Counted among the seasonal words for spring, Sakuradai has been loved by the Japanese since ancient times and considered to be the finest. It is a branded ingredient of Miketsukuni, Awaji Island, which stores up nutrients and becomes delicious from March to May. The flesh is firm after being tossed around by the rapids, and is characterized by its light fat. For the final dish, you will enjoy Awaji Island hand-stretched somen noodles in soup infused with the flavor of Sakura sea bream. <Breakfast> The highlight of the stay is breakfast, which starts with Grand Chariot's "Morning meal", followed by grilled fish from the Seto Inland Sea and the specialty "Awaji rolled egg" with freshly cooked Awaji Island rice. ■Bath■ All rooms are equipped with cypress baths, so you can enjoy the refreshing scent of cypress. ■Notes■ - If you have allergies, please let us know at least three days in advance. - If you would like to change to a child's meal, please let us know at least three days in advance. - If you are coming by car, please park in the F parking lot at Hyogo Prefectural Awajishima Park Nijigen no Mori. - Up to two children aged 0 to 3 years old can stay in the same bed per room.
